Access okzx — simple, fast & secure

Many people feel a little uncertain the first time they try to log in to an online betting platform — is the process complicated? Is my information safe? At okzx, there's no reason to worry. The entire sign-in process has been made as straightforward as possible, backed by the highest level of security running in the background.

There are two ways to log in to okzx. The first is the password method — enter your mobile number and password to go straight to your dashboard. The second is the OTP method — enter your mobile number and a 6-digit code will be sent to you; enter the code and you're in. The OTP method is especially handy if you can't remember your password.

Your balance will be visible on the dashboard as soon as you log in. Click the balance figure at the top to view your transaction history. Use the menu on the left or bottom to navigate to Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, or any other section. If there are new promotions, a banner will appear on the home screen.

The "Remember Me" option is a convenient feature — checking it means you won't need to enter your mobile number again on that device next time. That said, avoid using it on shared or public computers. On your personal phone, it's perfectly fine to use.

When two-factor authentication is enabled, there's an extra step at login. After entering your password, an OTP will be sent to your mobile — enter it and you're in. It takes a moment longer, but it's far more secure. Even if someone knows your password, they can't access your account without your phone.

If you see an "incorrect password" error when logging in, stay calm and try again. Double-check that your mobile number is entered correctly and that Caps Lock is not on. Multiple failed attempts may temporarily lock your account — if that happens, wait a few minutes or reset your password.

Resetting your password is simple. On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Use that OTP to set a new password — make it strong, at least 8 characters with a mix of character types. Once reset, all active sessions on other devices will be logged out automatically. This is done for your security.

How long your session stays active after login depends on your activity. As long as you're active, your session continues. If you're inactive for an extended period, you'll be logged out automatically for security reasons. It may feel inconvenient, but it's the safest approach.

One important warning: if anyone contacts you by phone or message claiming to be from okzx support and asks for your login details or OTP — it is a scam. okzx will never ask for your information this way. If anything seems suspicious, come directly to the official okzx site and let us know via Live Chat.
